Hyderabad: City-based Natco Pharma announced its wholly - owned subsidiary Natco Pharma Inc completed the acquisition of US based Dash Pharmaceuticals LLC for $18mn (Rs 135 crore).
Dash organises front-end pharma sales, marketing and distribution in the USA. Natco revealed to the exchanges that Dash Pharma could register approximately $15mn sales for the financial year ending December 2021.
Dash had net revenue of $11.13mn for the financial year ended December 31, 2020, the company said.
